Glacier Walking

Blue Ice Glacier Hike, on the Jostedal Glacier.

Sign up for glacier walking on Tunsbergdalsbreen, a part of the famous Jostedal glacier, and the longest  glacier arm in Norway.

We bring small groups to remote areas of the national park.

With max 12 persons in the group, and only one group at the time, this is a non touristic location for glacier hiking.

The trip starts with a 15 min RIB boat ride on the glacier lake.

From the lake it`s an 1,5 hour walk to the glacier.  The path  is over easy terrain, close to the wild glacier  river.

Crampons, ice Axe, hardness and rope are equipment for everyone to use on  the ice.

We are exploring the Blue Ice World for about 2 hours, and looking at crevasses, melting canals, ice caves and tunnels.

After our ice adventure we enjoy lunch in our tip, before we return to the boat.
